A few days ago we published the ranking of The Best Restaurants in Spainaccording to the Michelin Guide 2015. Continuing our selection of the best dining spots, we bring you the ranking of the best restaurants in France this year.
Despite France is the birthplace of excellent chefs, Michelin serves an important function by promoting them around the world. This is the reason why Michelin’s ranking is of vital importance for Gastronomic Tourism in the Franco-European country.
Here is the list of chefs and restaurants awarded in 2015.
New Three Stars.
The chef who stands to achieve the most fame in this year’s guide, with three stars is Yannick Alléno from the Pavillon Ledoyen, the unique and historic restaurant.
Another new three stars restaurant, Le Bouitte in St. Martin de Belleville in Eastern France that turn its two – stars into three.
New Two Stars.
La Gran’Vigne – Bordeaux/Martillac.
Auberge du Cheval Blanc – Lembach.
Le Neuvième Art – Lyon.
Casa del Mar – Porto – Vecchio.
Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée -Paris, has recent reopened after renovations.
La Table du Lancaster – Paris, was promoted from one star to two.
L’Atelier d’Edmond – Val d’Isére.
New One Star.
