Annual Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner in Budapest

An international quality institute from Belgium entrusted Premium Incoming DMC with the organization of its Annual Awards Ceremony in Budapest.

The official awards ceremony and gala dinner is widely covered by the international press and is attended by VIP guests including ambassadors, politicians, CEOs and celebrities. One of the major challenges was to fit the specific technical requirements of the event within a 19th century building, which is one of the most important monuments in Budapest.

The awards ceremony had a very strict agenda, which meant that within one hour we needed to change the whole venue into a gala dinner with all the furniture, decoration and catering to be ready to receive the 500 guests.

The activities carried out were:

- Award ceremony and gala dinner arrangements

- Guided City Tours including:  Visit to the Opera with private concert, visit of St. Stephen Basilica with organ concert,  Castle district guided tour, lunch on the boat Europe and visit to the village of Szentendre
